Theresa Reed She has been a Property Managers since she retired from the Navy in September of 1993 and has service as Property Manager Committee Chair for the Local board of Realtors. She is the founder and First President of the NorthWest Counties Chapter of National Association of Residential Property Managers. She was the first Master Property Manager (MPM) in the four northern counties of the state of Washington. She has been a Member of NARPM since February 1998 and was Chairperson of the National New Members Committee of NARPM for 2003.

Cheryl "Cheri" Jaeger is Vice President of the Washington State Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). On the National level Cheri serves on the Certification Committee and has been active for several terms on the Membership Committee as well. Regionally Cheri has assisted in organizing the North West Regional NARPM Conference for the past 4 years.
