Bancroft and Associates was established in 1974 originally to meet the needs of a growing population of United States Air Force service members. Many of those members were transferred to new locations and chose to keep the properties that they had acquired in Tucson. Our Tucson property management division started by developing quality programs to meet their needs. As we have grown and expanded we continue to develop and refine our Tucson property management services to meet the needs of not only investors but also for those owners that we call "reluctant landlords". The reluctant landlord is one who would choose to sell their current property but the current economic conditions prevent it. In either case our job is to maximize cash flow and asset value by skillful management practices.

We believe that "Professional Property Management Shouldn't Cost...IT SHOULD PAY!" We keep our vacancy rates under 2% for our single family residences, and under 4% for our multi-family properties. We have a preventative maintenance program to cut down on emergency and catastrophic events that are much costlier to our owners. Our goal is PROFIT in YOUR pocket!
