Please consider working with us if you need hands-on Property Management. We are multilingual  and our experience goes back about 30 years when we bought and managed our own rentals. Bobbie began managing property for others about 20 years ago and shortly after Pam returned to Arizona about 15 years ago, our firm became independent. We began as a bi-lingual mother-daughter team and now employ a few other Realtors and staff. We manage approximately 200 units for 60 owners, including single family homes, condos, seasonal & furnished dwellings, and multi-family apartment buildings, which was our first niche. In short every month we collect rent, take care of repairs and tenant needs, pay rental tax on your behalf, deduct our fees, transfer remaining funds into your bank account and send an email with a link to see your monthly statement.
