Our Leasing Process
When we first rent your home, we market it across multiple realty sites and our local MLS. Whether you’re still living in the property or it’s vacant, we can begin right away.

Every applicant undergoes the same thorough screening process, including:

• Credit and background checks
• Landlord verification
• Income verification

This ensures compliance with Fair Housing laws and consistency for all applicants. Once approved, we collect a security deposit (typically equal to one month’s rent) and hold it in escrow.

Our attorney-prepared lease is designed to protect owners, with most fees paid by tenants. Owners receive rental income via direct deposit around the 10th of each month (adjusted for weekends or holidays).
