Welcome to Pennington Property Management! My name is Jason Pennington, and I am a Property Manager and Realtor in Idaho. I have nearly ten years of experience, and have been surrounded by Real Estate nearly my entire adult life. Living in Idaho for over 30 years, I know the area very well and am familiar with nearly every neighborhood in town! I have specialized in New Construction as a Realtor, so I have first hand knowledge of the builders, communities, and quality of neighborhoods in this area, which has been a large asset in my Property Management business.
My company is based on customer service, and personal attention. I treat every rental property as if it were my very own! My promise to my clients is that I will never manage more than 50 properties, so that I can always deliver excellent service to my clients. My advantage over my larger competitors is that I personally meet every potential tenant, and through my personal interview and qualification process I can put our best foot forward in finding the best tenant for your investment property!
