We manage properties in the Portland Metro area - from Forest Grove to Troutdale and everything in between. We are extremely knowledgeable in the different geographies of the Portland area and utilize this knowledge in a manner that will offer our clients the best service.

Our leasing and management expertise is customized to meet your needs and specific situation. We also provide marketing, inspections, tenant background checks, collecting rental income, paying expenses, including mortgages if you wish, prompt maintenance and comprehensive monthly financial statements.

If problems arise, they are handled in a timely manner to avoid complications. Periodic inspections are performed- both outside and inside, in order to avoid, as much as possible, any surprise issues. We also arrange for improvements and alterations that our property investor may require.
