SONIAT REALTY, INC., established in 1976, is a full service Real Estate firm, located in the "MID-CITY" neighborhood of New Orleans, which is easily accessible to all parts of the Metro area. The President, Bill Soniat, is a CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER, the Past President of the Louisiana Chapter of the INSTITUTE OF REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT (IREM) and the Past President of the NEW ORLEANS METROPOLITAN ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (NOMAR). He was named "Property Manager of the Year" by the Louisiana Chapter of IREM, and received the Service to the Industry Award from the Commercial Investment Division of NOMAR. The founder of the company, Godfrey M. Soniat, prior to his death in 1995 was very active in the Real Estate profession for over 50 years.

Their state-of-the-art, networked computer system provides owners with accurate, detailed information in an easy to understand monthly Income and Expense Statement. Accounting requirements and/or statement formats can be customized to meet a client's specific needs.

SONIAT REALTY has created a sub-specialty of CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT, in which they handle all record keeping, budgeting and maintenance supervision for residential and commercial condominium associations.

Repairs and maintenance can be provided by our service people or contracted with others, as needed. For the protection of the owner, all work is done by INSURED CONTRACTORS. SONIAT REALTY maintains an on-call manager 24 hours a day, in case of emergency.
