For the clients, Seller and the Buyer; In this role, as your Real Estate Broker his experience as an inclusive and extensive transaction coordinator: from the presentation of services and listing contract for service to be preformed, to presentation of properties to the prospect purchasers and their purchase/sale agreement, coordinating the necessary details of the agreement, financing, inspections, repairs, title and survey reviews, as to, finalize closing transaction details, with follow up after the closing of a satisfactory transaction.
