Property Services, Inc. is a personal full service real estate company.The broker grew up with a father in the Air Force who was a Lt. Col. His dad began investing in rental houses in Las Vegasin the 60's, 70's and kept going. Getting his first rental in 1976 - as a teenager - and some more later - the Broker earned his "wings" solving vacancies and related challengesregarding his own rental properties. When he began helping clients renting their property full time in 1981 he already had years of experience.It is important to note thatevery agent in the company owns rental property themselves and has the specialized property management permit (earned withclasses and by passing a test) requiredto work with clients who own rental property in Nevada. We do work with regular first time home buyers and sellers regarding new or resale homes too. Being a small business (there are eight of us)gives us that "personal touch" and efficiency that others may not have. We pride ourselves that wemanage properties on purpose - not by accident!
