About Our Company

Jean Eckman has been serving the rental needs of Highlands County for over 20+ years. Movingto the area in the Mid-80's from Pennsylvania she joined CENTURY 21 Advanced to help establish one of the most successful property management departments in the area. Jean offersresidential and commercial rentals in Avon Park, Sebring, and Lake Placid featuring homes, condos, mobile homes, duplexes, villas, commercial space, furnished and unfurnished units and both full and non-property management services

Jean's management team consists of 1 full time assistant, 1 part time assistant, 1 full time accountant and numerous vendors to handle repairs and maintaince.

Property Management office hours are 8:00 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday and by appointment on Saturday.
