Welcome to American Eagle Properties The mission at American Eagle Properties is to provide professional Property Management Services to all of our clients. Our inventory consists primarily of single family residences, condos, and multi-family residences up to eight units. We manage units throughout the greater Santa Clara County and a few units in Southern Alameda County and San Mateo County. Investors know that owning rentals can infringe on your personal time and plans. We offer full property management services allowing you to be in control of your time. Our services include advertising at the owners expense, preparation of the property for occupancy, showing the property to prospective tenants, screening applicants, completing the contracts, provide 24/7 emergency response, coordinate maintenance with vendors, and provide the owner with monthly and annual accounting statements.
