About Our Company

Laurel Property Services, Inc. has been in business since 1988. Our management division began with an inventory of 65 units. Currently we manage over 350 units; single-family homes, condos, townhomes, apartment complexes and small office buildings. We market and lease properties, renting to well qualified residents at market rates to assure the owner a return on their investments. For those owners that want full service management, we will maintain the property to the areas standards while striving to keep costs low.
