reynolds realty has been a successful property management company for over 35 years. themanaging broker/property manageris jill merrell. we have an office manager, two leasing/sales agents.

most vendors/contractors give us a discount on service which we pass to you, our owner's.  due to the amount of work involved in training contractors, a 10% up-charge is added to invoices.  all contractors are screened thoroughly prior to using their services and are aware of our net 30 pay policy.  this means invoices for your properties are deducted from incoming rent, prior to you receiving payment each month.  they must also maintain current liability insurance for their independent company.  

hoa monthly or yearly fees are handled professionally through out office.  we never allow past due fees as they can create a lien on properties sold.  entrances into hoa neighborhoods are the first impression for new buyers.  we are a one stop shop for this service!
