About Our Company

Unlike other companies, our Property Management Team only handles management properties and do NOT do sales, so you get a team of full time managers.  We have been Family owned and operated since 1981.

Our Property Manager and Broker/Owner Matt Schall, has been a licensed real estate agent since 1987.  He has served as Property Management Chairperson at our local Pensacola Association of Realtors, on the National Association of Residential Property Managers Board of Directors, was the 2000/2001 President of the Florida Association of Residential Property Mangers, and a founding member of the Pensacola Chapter of National Association of Residential Property Managers.  

His wife, Judy Schall is our Accounting Manager.  She has been a licensed real estate agent since 1992 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of West Florida. She has served our local National Association of Residential Property Managers Chapter as President, Secretary and Director.

Our Specialization

We have been Family owned and operated since 1981, and based right here in Pensacola from day one, so you will not be dealing with some corporation based out of the state or even out of the country like some of our colleagues.  We only do property management, so you will be dealing with a team of professionals who are focused on taking care of your property.  We offer both full service property management services, as well as tenant placement services for those clients who want to handle the day to day management part themselves.

We pride ourselves on customer service and still being able to speak to a human.  Our staff is in the office Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm to help owners, tenants, applicants, and vendors.

We do thorough tenant background screening that includes the latest technology to detect identity fraud, fake payroll documents, detailed background checks to detect criminal records, sex offenders, national watch lists, and verify landlord references to head off potential problems.

We offer tenants multiple ways to make rent payments, drastically reducing late rents, offer owners the ability to send funds directly through their owner portal.  Owners are paid electronically so that funds go securily into clients bank accounts, eliminating the chance to be lost in the mail and delay receiving funds.

We only use licensed and insured contractors, and we frequently get second opinions to ensure we are getting fair prices for quality work.  We also do not profit in any way from vendor billings, we do not do markups or take kickbacks like some other companies do.  This helps ensure that our clients costs stay as low as possible.
